    3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder 1/4 cup sugar 4 cups milk 1/4 teaspoon vanilla Directions: Blend cocoa powder and sugar in a bowl. In saucepan, bring milk to scalding, stirring frequently. Mix 1/3 cup hot milk into cocoa-sugar mix and pour that into the saucepan. Stir and add vanilla.
